New Season Means New Perks For The Visit Philly Overnight Hotel Package

Popular Package Now Includes Indego & PHLASH Bus Passes, Along With Free Hotel Parking

The Visit Philly Overnight Hotel Package has always included free hotel parking, but the popular offer now also comes with perks that make it easier to get around the city. For a limited time, package buyers will receive free passes for Indego, the City of Philadelphia’s bike-sharing program, and free tickets for the PHLASH downtown loop, making stops at more than 20 attractions in Center City. It is bookable at visitphilly.com/overnight.

“There is so much going on in Philadelphia during the warmer-weather months, and we want our visitors to be able to do as much of it as possible,” said Meryl Levitz, president and CEO, VISIT PHILADELPHIA. “The Visit Philly Overnight Hotel Package perks make a trip here easy and affordable. And that gives visitors more time and money for restaurants, shops, parks, museums and all of the other things at the top of their to-do lists.”

Package Perks In Detail:
The Visit Philly Overnight Hotel Package, responsible for nearly 13,000 room nights in 2015, is available at more than 30 hotels in Center City and beyond. It includes:

  • A one- or two-night hotel stay
  • Free hotel parking (up to a $100 value)
  • Two Indego bike share passes, each of which is good for four 30-minute rides (available through February 2017)
  • Two PHLASH passes (available through Labor Day, September 5, 2016)

The just-opened Museum of the American Revolution brings the United States’ war for independence into today’s consciousness, using rarely seen relics, the original George Washington Headquarters Tent, dozens of arms, uniforms, artifacts, documents and historical vignettes of ordinary Americans to tell the extraordinary story of the nation’s founding. Memorial Day Weekend Breaks Records For Center City Hotels

Crowds In Historic Philadelphia, Special Events & Exhibitions & Great Weather Played A Part

Center City hotels were full this Memorial Day weekend with both Saturday and Sunday seeing the highest occupancies for those nights in at least a decade.

Overall Weekend Hotel Occupancy:
