“Welcome to FISHTOWN,” Visual Urban Renewal and Transformation

Visual Urban Renewal and Transformation artist Evan Lovett designed and completed “Welcome to FISHTOWN” in collaboration with artist Jimmy Glossblack. The orange-colored paintingat 1120 Frankford Avenue features three cats lounging around the word “Fishtown.” The artist’s inspiration: If he were a cat, he’d want to hang out in a neighborhood called Fishtown.
