In Fishtown, South Philly and on the campus of Temple University, chef Peter McAndrew’s popular sandwich spot Paesano’s takes traditional Philly hoagies up a notch, cranking out Arista pork with broccoli rabe, long hots and provolone; meatloaf parmesan; and the namesake Paesano with brisket, roasted tomato, horseradish mayo, provolone and egg.
