Bud & Marilyn’s

Bud & Marilyn’s

Bud & Marilyn’s, on the corner of 13th and Locust streets, is the first all-American project by chef Marcie Turney and business partner Valerie Safran. Named after and inspired by Turney’s grandparents, who ran a restaurant and bar in Ripon, Wisconsin, this lunch/brunch/dinner spot focuses on simple, delicious American food including Nashville hot buns (fried chicken biscuits), double burgers, fried cheese curds and chop suey. The retro drinks are delicious too.
