Bud & Marilyn’s
The Nashville hot buns at Midtown Village’s retro Bud & Marilyn’s might easily be called fried chicken sliders. Ranch dressing, slaw and pickles balance out the hot sauce buzz for an addictively flavorful first course. Chef Marcie Turney and restaurateur-partner Valerie Safran run Bud & Marilyn’s, named for Chef Marcie Turney’s restaurateur grandparents and located just below The Independent Hotel.
