Philadelphia and the Countryside - Press Room



Operated by New Jersey’s Valley Shepherd Creamery, this grilled cheese shop isn’t the average sandwich stop. The creamery uses cheeses made from its own grass-fed cow and sheep and goat’s milk to build sandwiches such as The Classic, complete with three Valley Shepherd cheeses.
