Philadelphia and the Countryside - Press Room

About an hour from Center City Philadelphia, Bucks County’s Doylestown boasts an impressive and eclectic belt of attractions—James A Michener Art Museum, Mercer Museum, Fonthill Castle, County Theater, Moravian Pottery & Tile Works and a handful of wineries. The National Trust for Historic Preservation even praised the town for “rival(ing) many large cities … with its world-class cultural facilities, elegant Victorian architecture and historic attractions.” The shops and eateries along its main streets round out the suburban destination.
