The pizza connoisseurs at Bufad lovingly create both Roman and Neapolitan wood-fired pies topped with seasonally rotating toppings. Located in Philadelphia’s Callowhill neighborhood, the BYOB’s menu also features tempting appetizers, soup, side dishes and desserts—which may explain its name, derived from the Italian-American slang word for “feast” or “gorge.”
