Benjamin Franklin Museum

Benjamin Franklin Museum

It’s fitting that the world’s only museum devoted to Benjamin Franklin is in Philadelphia, the city that the Founding Father helped build. Re-opened in summer 2013, the museum explores the life and legacy of Philadelphia’s most famous citizen. Located in Franklin Court and part of Independence National Historical Park, the museum features artifacts, computer animations and interactive displays. Visitors have the chance to play Franklin’s musical inventions, set their names in type, watch videos on Franklin’s scientific studies and more.
