Lenfest Plaza, a public space that is adjacent to the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) on North Broad Street and just a few blocks from the William Penn-topped City Hall, features changing student artworks and Claes Oldenburg’s towering 53-foot-high sculpture Paint Torch.
