Independence Hall

Independence Hall

Independence Hall, the birthplace of the United States of America, is one of only 20 World Heritage sites in the country. Throughout its history, Independence Hall was the site of city, state and federal government; a courthouse; and, during the 19th century, a dog pound (in the basement).
