Independence Mall

Independence Mall

Taken in 2004, this image of Independence Mall looks north from the Penn Mutual Building and shows many new constructions, including the National Constitution Center, the Liberty Bell Center (left of frame) and the Independence Visitor Center. The Liberty Bell Pavilion, which has since been removed from the site, still stands. The fountain no longer exists.
